I won the Gold medal in the national Persian Literature Olympiad in 1999. I have several years teaching of Persian language and literature at different high schools in Tehran. I am a lecturer and senior research assistant at the Department of Political Science, South Asia Institute, Heidelberg University, Germany. I studied Political Science at the University of Tehran, Iran and Osmania University, India. I have recently defended my doctoral dissertation at the Institute of Political Science (IPW), Heidelberg University.
