(Research based course, covering all aspects of customer service and its relationship with business. Case studies included comparative study between US and UK business practices).
1994-1997 The University of Nottingham: BA (Hons) Politics. Politics, Philosophy and Economics. Degree involved research, collation, analysis and interpretation of information, planning, organization, problem solving, project management, writing reports, presentational skills, communication skills, independent study and time management. 10,000 word dissertation on the “German Resistance Movement 1933 –1945”.

Information about Anthony
I am an experienced freelance English language teacher/trainer/coach, with teaching experience in Germany, Greece, Russia, Italy, France and the UK. I became a qualified teacher of English in 2001, and presently hold 2 teaching qualifications gained whilst living in the UK. I held the position of Oral Examiner for the University of London (Edexcel) between 2002-2005.
I am an enthusiastic teacher and adopter of Web2.0 in the teaching environment. My teaching goal is that everything I teach can be used by learners in real life situations. My teaching methodology is making use of all forms of multimedia, combined with real experience, `Artificial Intelligence combined with Real Knowledge`. My teaching framework is the European Union `Common European Framework for Language Reference` (CEF/CEFR), from A1 (beginner) to C2 (Native speaker).
I now work exclusively online and I am highly experienced in using Skype, Apple`s `FaceTime`, `Webex` and `Google` in the teaching and learning process, for a more rewarding experience.
I have spent all my working life either in the public or private sector, from employment in local authorities to international companies, reaching various management roles and associated levels of responsibility.
